| December 28, 2007 For immediate release Protectomatic Music and Entertainment welcomes Citizen Ave to the PME family as a new artist implementing the FSRP program. Seattle, Wa – Dec 21st, 2007 / PME// Protectomatic Music and Entertainment (PME) welcomes Citizen Ave to the PME family. Citizen Ave will be working with producer Loren Weisman to create a new recording that will highlight the group and their music. This album will also bring the groups music to the entertainment industry in a way where the materials can serve in numerous functions. Citizen Ave will be applying the Freedom Solutions Recording Plan (FSRP) for Definitive Stampede, the working title of the album. Citizen Ave resonates with undertones of classic rock, the grit of delta blues, and subtleties of soul, while Hip Hop is the root and foundation. Made up of Producer / Arranger David de Jesus and Lyricist / Songwriter Tony Grace, the pair seeks to create a series of soundscapes that represent their love for music, but more specifically, Hip Hop. With their collective influences, which range from David Axelrod to the Soulquarians, and from Outkast to Nas, Citizen Ave cooks up a successful blend of working class songs with vocal and rhythmic sophistication.
With the aid of Loren and PME, Citizen
Ave will elevate their sound and music to an exciting new level in
the upcoming release with all the assisting marketing and promotional
materials in place. Preproduction will begin on January 1st, 2008 with a goal to begin recording in April 2008, and a tentative release scheduled for June 2008.
